Developer is procuring shot-blasted pavers for landscape works at its flagship project Dubai’s in MBR City

UAE-based developer Azizi Developments and concrete products distributor Transgulf Cement Products have partnered up for the supply of shot-blasted pavers for landscape works to Azizi’s upcoming residential and commercial developments in Riviera, MBR City.
Transgulf Cement Products, a well-known distributor of concrete products in the GCC region, offers a wide range of concrete products available in many colours, patterns and designs to suit all types of architectural projects.
Commenting on the partnership, Farhad Azizi, CEO, Azizi Developments, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Transgulf Cement Products, given the company’s long-standing reputation and expertise in high-quality shot blasted pavers that are widely recognised for their quality, finishing and designs. This partnership comes in the light of our revamped strategy to collaborate with best-in-class suppliers directly, to greatly benefit our investors and provide them with a significant value-add in the form of high-quality solutions at reasonable and competitive rates.”
Riviera is part of Azizi Developments’ award-winning portfolio. A waterfront-lifestyle destination, it is located in the heart of Dubai’s Mohammed Bin Rashid City, amid the city’s business, leisure and retail hubs.
According to Azizi, the project is “designed to introduce the French-Mediterranean lifestyle to Dubai, which is not merely about architectural art but also about a certain ‘joie de vivre’ — a celebration of life”.
“Riviera represents a new landmark destination that is both residential and commercial, with an abundance of retail space. Riviera features three districts: an extensive retail boulevard, a lagoon walk with artisan eateries and boutiques, and Les Jardins — a vast, lush-green social space,” said the developer.
Recently, Azizi Developments announced the addition of a 2.7km-long crystal lagoon to Riviera, covering an area of over 130,026 square metres that will stretch across the entirety of the community.
“With stunning blue flooring, filled with more than 51.5 million gallons of desalinated and clean water that residents can swim in, and easily accessible via its lagoon walk — which will also feature a vast variety of artisan eateries and boutiques — Azizi’s lagoon will be a bustling space where residents can enjoy strolls along the beach-like shores, sunbathe and cool off,” said the developer.
